Martinez Auto Care Upon purchasing my 2023 Mazda Miata MX5, I was delighted to acquire a vehicle that offered customization options. During my ownership, I discovered a minor defect with the front bumper. While it was barely noticeable compared to the rest of the car, I was aware of its presence. Consequently, I contacted Martinez Auto Care a year and two months after the purchase. After speaking with Eric, the manager, I was confident in their ability to address the issue. Eric was approachable and knowledgeable about the necessary repairs. I requested a front grill installation, a paint job on the front bumper to match the correct color, and the removal of blemishes. After several attempts, they successfully identified the appropriate toner and color to match the paint. A few days later, my car was completed and visually appealing. Through effective communication and exceptional craftsmanship, I can confidently say that Martinez Auto Care has earned my lifelong patronage. Their pricing is reasonable, and their work is highly professional. I highly recommend this business.

Eric was great to work with and gave me a very fair quote. I was able to get my car repaired without having to involve my insurance, which made the process so much easier. I’ve had two different cars repaired and detailed here, and each experience has been excellent. I would never hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. Thank you, Eric, for making such a stressful situation completely seamless. Your outstanding customer service, honest pricing, and quality work are truly appreciated!
